Ordering

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the order being placed is correct. If the customer has any doubt or questions about an item, we recommend reaching out to us via our Contact Us page, and we will be in touch soon thereafter. Ordered placed are considered final.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to validate and process your online payment. Payments accepted on our website are Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. To process the payment, customer information is submitted in the process.

Returns & Refunds

Though Edición Privée does not offer refunds, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Fulfillment

As mentioned in the shop, since Edición Privée items are exclusive and limited, item delivery dates might vary based on item.

In Stock Items

If all ordered items are in stock, the approximate delivery date is 7 business days from purchase date.

In Production Items

If an item is marked as In Production, then this specific piece is still not produced. You may reserve it by placing the order. The approximate delivery period is mentioned in the shop when selecting that particular item. For a humidor, the general delivery date is 8-10 weeks from purchase date if the item is still not produced yet.

Packages & Shipping

Subject to stock availability, an order containing several items may, if necessary, be shipped in multiple packages. If this is the case, the customer shall pay the delivery costs only once. If the customer wishes to have deliveries to several different locations, they will have to place multiple orders, each to the desired location. At that point, every order will be paid for and processed separately.

Edición Privée uses DHL for its worldwide delivery. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure that the customer has received the item. If the customer or recipient of the order is not present, DHL will leave a delivery notice that can be used to contact the carrier to arrange for a different delivery date.

The customer is required to check the condition of the parcel and the number of packages delivered in the presence of the delivery person. In case of any issue, the customer is required to refuse the package and report the issue to Edición Privée. You can reach us via our Contact Us page.
